Some things you should know…

- Our lots run by appointments only. Please do not show up without being on the schedule.

- Your finance company must send us a release before you can redeem your vehicle.

- You must provide a valid picture ID at time of appointment.

- Should you owe any fees, we accept payments in cash only. If applicable.

- If you are not the owner or co-owner of the vehicle, we are required to have a third-party release from the bank before sharing any information with you. This includes redeeming the unit or releasing any personal property that was in the unit.
