Job Description

A Recovery Agent or LPR Specialist will conduct field investigations in their designated area overnight. This job requires employees to have the ability to navigate through residential and business complexes, make steady updates into job specific databases, and produce detailed summaries of their findings to relay them to a dispatcher. He/she will ensure that all assigned duties are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Although a majority of this position is done independently, all employees at our company are expected to work as a team.

• Submit assignments into database to create a logical route or plan of action before each shift
• Navigate a company vehicle through residential and business areas for 8-10 hour overnight
• Update files through company databases and websites
• Identify different makes and models of vehicles
• Transmit vital information to other employees

Requirements

All applicants MUST possess the following

• Valid Maryland Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• High School Diploma or GED
